Look at the steps you repeat and work out which can be simplified. Sometimes a better form or a straightforward script is enough.

If AI is a poor fit, we will say so. A small business deserves an honest answer before it takes on another expense.

  1. Explain the job

    Tell us what takes too long and what you want to make easier. We reply by email and work through the questions about records and equipment with you.

  2. Agree on a small first project

    We put the proposed work, equipment needs, costs, and limits in writing, including any ongoing charges. You decide whether to proceed.

  3. Test it against your work

    We check the results with you, document how the setup works, and agree on any training or ongoing support. Further work is a separate decision.

Private AI can run at your business using files you approve. We also check permissions, outside connections, and storage. Privacy depends on how the whole system is set up.

JJR Private AI is a Michigan LLC working toward becoming a worker cooperative, with equal standing and shared responsibility for its members.

You decide what we can access.
We agree on which records are involved and who can use them. We do not sell client information or use it to train unrelated systems.
You know what you own.
The agreement explains what you receive, any software license restrictions, and what you can move or change later. Ongoing costs belong in that conversation too.
People remain responsible.
AI can produce wrong answers and repeat bias in its training data. We build in ways to check the work and make those limits clear to the people using it.
